Experienced Production Team
Our workshop includes a blade craftsman with 30 years of experience, a saya craftsman with 20 years of experience, and several craftsmen with more than 10 years of experience in sword making, fitting, and assembly.
Full-Sword Fitting and Inspection
A good blade can still become a poor sword if the habaki, tsuba, handle, fittings, or saya do not fit correctly. We inspect the alignment, stability, retention, and visible fit of the completed assembly.
Entry-Level and Advanced Custom Options
We provide accessible entry-level swords, customizable made-to-order models, and advanced commissions involving selected materials, dimensions, geometry, fittings, saya work, engraving, and finishing details.

Handcrafted Swords Backed by Decades of Experience
BladeSummit has operated its own sword-making workshop in Longquan since 2006. Our workshop is supported by an experienced production team, including a blade craftsman with 30 years of experience, a saya craftsman with 20 years of experience, and several craftsmen with more than 10 years of experience in sword making, fitting, and assembly.
Each sword is handcrafted through a coordinated workshop process. From blade shaping, heat treatment, and polishing to component selection, saya fitting, assembly, adjustment, and final inspection, different stages are handled by craftsmen with relevant experience. This team-based process helps us produce carefully fitted swords for first-time buyers, practitioners, collectors, and custom-order customers.
