Dark Warrior 1060 High Carbon Steel Katana

A 1060 high-carbon steel blade forms the core of Dark Warrior. The blade is processed through more than ten traditional stages, including annealing, quenching and tempering. The predominantly black mounting uses white ray-skin handle panels, a coordinated set of solid-copper fittings and a hand-painted solid-wood saya. Its proportions and assembly follow traditional katana specifications, with the components fitted and finished by hand.

• Dark Warrior uses a restrained black-and-white palette, pairing a dark mounting with white ray-skin panels and warm solid-copper fittings.

Blade & finish: 1060 high-carbon steel processed through annealing, quenching and tempering.

Mountings & saya: Solid-copper fittings, white ray-skin handle panels and a painted solid-wood saya in a predominantly black mounting.
