Customer Service

Shipping &
Delivery.

Destination-aware review from quotation through arrival, with route-specific costs and responsibilities stated before acceptance.

01

Destination Review

Sword ownership and import rules vary by destination. We review the country or region, item type and available route before accepting an order. This review is practical guidance, not legal advice; the customer remains responsible for local permissions and restrictions.

02

Production vs Transit

Production, quality review, protective packing and carrier transit are separate stages. A workshop estimate is not a delivery promise, and transit begins only after the completed piece, route and documentation have been reviewed.

03

Shipping Quote

The shipping quotation depends on destination, packed weight, package size, carrier eligibility and required documents. The route and cost are confirmed during quotation rather than presented as a universal fixed fee.

04

Customs

Import taxes, duties, inspections and release requirements are controlled by the destination authorities. Unless a written quotation states otherwise, these are not prepaid by BladeSummit.

05

Packaging & Tracking

The sword is immobilized inside protective product packaging and an outer shipping container. Tracking is shared when the selected carrier provides it, but scan frequency and customs visibility vary by route.

06

Restricted Destinations

We may be unable to accept an order where the item, carrier route or documentation is not suitable. A previous shipment to a country does not guarantee that a new order can use the same route.

07

Address Changes

Request an address change before dispatch. Once a carrier has accepted the parcel, changes may be unavailable, delayed or subject to additional review and cost.

08

Delays & Customs Holds

Weather, security review, carrier capacity and customs inspection can affect delivery. We will provide available shipment records and coordinate with the carrier where possible, but cannot control authority processing times.

09

Damage on Arrival

If the parcel arrives damaged, retain the outer packaging, shipping label, product packaging and all contents. Photograph the package, label, internal protection, affected area and complete product before cleaning, repair or disposal, then contact us promptly for review.

Before Ordering

Review the destination before approving a build.

Tell us the destination and the piece you are considering. We will review practical eligibility and the information needed for a shipping quotation.
