A quotation is based on the listed scope, destination and validity period. Custom and made-to-order production begins only after the build sheet is approved and full payment is confirmed.

Estimates and changes
Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Custom and made-to-order changes are accepted only within 6 hours after payment confirmation.
Customer information
The customer must provide accurate destination, contact, intended-use and eligibility information and promptly review specification documents.
Cancellations and returns
Custom and made-to-order change-of-mind changes, cancellations and refunds are available only within 6 hours after payment confirmation. This does not exclude remedies for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or rights required by applicable consumer law.
Website use and prohibited activity
The website may be used only for lawful personal or commercial enquiries. Users must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the catalogue at scale, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or use website content to facilitate unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, BladeSummit website text, original photography, product presentation, branding and design are protected materials. They may not be copied, republished, sold, altered or used to create a competing catalogue without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits limited use.
Product information and availability
Photographs, dimensions, colours and descriptions are provided to help customers evaluate a product, but handmade items may have reasonable variation. Obvious errors may be corrected, and availability, price, configuration and destination eligibility remain subject to written confirmation before an order is accepted.
Legal eligibility and responsible ownership
Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession, transport and intended use are lawful at the destination. BladeSummit may refuse or cancel an enquiry or order where identity, age, destination, intended use, payment, fraud risk or legal eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
Website availability and third-party services
Continuous or error-free website access is not guaranteed. Hosting, analytics, payment, communications and carrier services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. BladeSummit may maintain, restrict or suspend website features when reasonably required for security, compliance or operations.
Liability and non-excludable rights
