Cancellation eligibility depends on whether materials have been reserved, specifications approved or production started. The quotation should state the applicable conditions.
Returns & Cancellation
Made-to-order and bespoke products may have different cancellation and return limits. The applicable terms must be confirmed before payment.
Draft for business-owner review before being treated as final commercial terms.
Made-to-order products
A made-to-order piece is produced after confirmation and may not be eligible for the same return treatment as an in-stock product. Any available return window and deductions must be stated in the order terms.
Bespoke products
Products made to customer dimensions, materials or design choices may have limited or no change-of-mind return eligibility where permitted by applicable law.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact us with photographs and the order reference before returning anything. Do not ship a blade without written return instructions and a route that is legally available.
