We review the destination, intended use and currently available route. This review does not replace the customer’s responsibility to confirm local import, possession and use requirements.
Shipping
Shipping availability, carrier selection, price and documents are reviewed for each destination before an order is accepted.
Production and dispatch estimates
Production times are estimates and are separate from carrier transit time. A dispatch estimate is updated when the piece and required documentation are ready.
Packaging
Packaging is selected for the dimensions, mountings and route. Specific packing contents are listed in the order documentation when available.
Damage in transit
Keep all packaging, photograph the parcel and contents, and contact us promptly after delivery. Reporting windows and claim requirements depend on the carrier and will be stated with the shipping information.
